The SW-UPG is a useful tool for the upgrade of the firmware. The software upgrade is done using a cable with the DMX connector on one side and the USB connector on the other side. The DMX connector is plugged into the device and therefore comes in 3, 5 and 7-pin versions to fit into every device. The USB connector is connected to the computer and the upgrade is done via freely downloadable software.
